Gerson considers EGR to be like family – probably because he gets to work side by side with some of his actual family members. Whether he is working on a project with his brother or a brand new team member, Gerson is a leader and a teacher in his area.
What has been your favorite project to date? Why?
All projects are important to me, so whatever project I am working on is my favorite in the moment. Currently, I am building a very large die wall for a major project. While it can be a challenge at times, it is always fun and rewarding to see a completed project.
What is your biggest challenge on any given job?
Quick hit jobs are the toughest ones. It can be challenging when there is a lot a pressure on a particular job and when the time frame to complete the job is so short.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy playing soccer and being with my kids, brothers, and family.
